Job Title: Design Technician
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-orientated and organised Design Technician with experience using AutoCAD software to support our design manager and our production team. With an architectural or construction detailing background, In this role, you will produce standard & bespoke layout drawings for clients, technical drawings to aid manufacture, ensure accuracy in design specifications, and collaborate closely with our sales and production team to meet project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce technical drawings using AutoCAD for park home and holiday lodge designs.

  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project specifications.

  • Ensure all drawings meet company standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Prioritise and manage workload to meet project deadlines.

  • Maintain accurate records of design revisions and version control.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD: Ability to create detailed, quality technical drawings.

  • Experience: Previous experience as a design technician creating, designing and resolving building layouts and/or detail is required; industry-specific experience in park homes or holiday lodges is not essential.

  • Organisational Skills: Time management and organisational skills to handle multiple projects.

  • Attention to Detail: Precision in creating accurate drawings and following technical specifications.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Able to troubleshoot and adapt designs based on project needs.

Job Title: Customer Care & Production Administrator
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Customer Care &  Production Administrator to join our team. This is an on-site position responsible for overseeing the administration of a small team of production operatives and managing customer care and aftersales interactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in administration, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a passion for customer care. Previous Customer Care experience is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

 Customer Relations:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and end-users to organise the resolution of snagging issues and provide necessary aftercare services.

  • Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and prompt resolution of any issues.

  • Manage the scheduling of engineers for after-sales visits and internal site assessments, ensuring efficient organization and timely ordering of any required materials.

Team Administration:

Manage the administration of a team of production operatives, including handling holidays, annual leave, basic health and safety administration, and timesheets.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Previous experience in customer care is preferred.

  • Strong planning, organisation, communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Strong diary management skills

 Benefits:

Job Description:

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable General Labourer to join our team at our Rushden, Northamptonshire factory. This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the factory, supporting production where needed, and performing delivery and runner tasks. The ideal candidate will be flexible, detail-oriented, and willing to lend a hand wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Factory Cleanliness: Ensure all factory areas are kept clean, tidy, and free of hazards, supporting a safe and organised work environment.

  • Manual Labour: Support the assembly and manufacturing teams by assisting with various manual tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving items.

  • Deliveries: Drive company vehicles to deliver parts, tools, or completed products as needed. A valid full driving license is required.

  • Quality Assurance: Show attention to detail in every task, ensuring that all work supports the quality and integrity of our finished products.

  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team, helping others when necessary and demonstrating a “nothing is too much trouble” attitude.

 Qualifications:

  • Experience: Some experience in manufacturing, construction, or related industries preferred, particularly in modular building or similar environments.

  • License: A full and valid driving license is required.
