Job Description: External & Internal Siting Specialist Location: Various

About Us: Harbur Park and Leisure Homes are known for our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We are now expanding our team and are looking for someone to commit to our external siting, ensuring that our homes are perfectly positioned, up-level, and watertight. Internal siting skills will also be required.

Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Siting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manoeuvring mobile units into position, often within confined and challenging spaces. This role requires expertise in using customised vehicles designed to handle various surfaces and conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manoeuvre mobile units into position, ensuring precise placement in confined or complex spaces.

  • Use customised vehicles and equipment to handle different surfaces and conditions.

  • Level and join units once in position, ensuring they are fully watertight.

  • Conduct initial access checks during the booking process to gather necessary information.

  • Perform site surveys when there is uncertainty about site access or conditions.

  • Adhere to comprehensive Health and Safety policies.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in siting and de-siting mobile units, park homes, or holiday lodges.

  • Proficiency in operating specialised vehicles and equipment.

  • Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations.

  • Ability to perform initial site assessments and conduct site surveys.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members.

  • Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job.
