Craned-in Perfection – A Seamless Build Approach
Unlike traditional construction methods, these homes were craned into place. Callingtons oversaw the craning and transport. One of the major advantages of this approach is the level flooring from the outside—each home is flush to the patio area, ensuring a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. You wouldn’t even realise that these homes weren’t built in the conventional bricks-and-mortar fashion.
Innovative SIPs Panel Construction
One of the standout aspects of these homes is their construction. Built using SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels), these homes are not only energy-efficient but also incredibly robust. The use of SIPs allows for faster, more precise construction, ensuring optimal thermal efficiency and durability—qualities that are essential for a premium holiday home experience.
